We will endeavor to attend as soon as possible and rectify your problem. We don’t charge a call out fee and all parts are supplied at cost, you are only charged for the time to complete the job. If we feel that the breakdown has taken longer than usual to rectify, a limit will be placed on the charge for labor so you have no need to worry about the excessive charges you see being charged on shows like Cowboy Builders & alike.
